Hi, I’m Nathalie, your career point of contact. How can I help you today?

Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of AI and low code development? Do you want to be part of a team that is focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions? Look no further! MbarQ is seeking a talented Senior Low Code & GenAI Engineer to join our team.

What does the job look like?

Build real-world agents and GenAI automations that improve business processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency at MbarQ. MbarQ is a start-up believing in a fundamental new way of doing AI, and we’re on a mission to bring business and AI technology together.

You’ll work at the intersection of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI, delivering production-grade solutions for clients as a senior consultant. This is a client-facing consulting role where you listen to client needs and translate them into working solutions

You’ll design, build and ship end-to-end solutions combining Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure AI, in close collaboration with client stakeholders. You are comfortable operating independently at client sites, actively listening to business users, challenging assumptions where needed, and taking ownership of outcomes.

What you wil do

  • Create agents in Copilot Studio that can answer questions, retrieve knowledge, and trigger actions across business systems
  • Orchestrate workflows with Power Automate (approvals, routing, notifications, integrations, human-in-the-loop patterns)
  • Implement Generative AI patterns such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) using curated knowledge sources
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems via connectors, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and (where needed) Azure Functions/Logic Apps
  • Own solution quality end-to-end: architecture choices, ALM, environments, testing, monitoring, performance and cost-awareness
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions, ensuring you deeply understand client processes before designing solutions
  • Advise on governance and Responsible AI: data boundaries, access control, DLP, auditing, traceability, safe prompt patterns
  • Guide clients in adoption and best practices, ensuring solutions are understood, embraced and properly governed

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (Power Apps and/or Dataverse is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (building copilots with actions and knowledge)
  • Solid integration skills (connectors, APIs, identity/permissions, data modeling)
  • Senior consulting skills: stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, ownership and autonomy
  • Comfortable operating independently in client environments and taking ownership
  • Required: strongwritten and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, includingprofessional listening skills (working proficiency in French is a plus)

How does your new employer look like?

MbarQ is part of the Bluu ecosystem, a Cronos cluster of companies. We bring business and AI technology together with a strong focus on practical impact: solutions that are adopted, governed, and deliver measurable results at our clients.

What you get

  • A role at the forefront of Copilot and GenAI delivery on the Microsoft stack
  • A consulting environment with real ownership and direct client impact
  • A team that’s hands-on, ambitious, and focused on quality
  • Like-minded individuals committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible work setup and strong attention to work-life balance
  • Room to grow through learning, certifications and real GenAI projects

Ready to build Copilots that actually ship and take ownership at client level?

Apply via our application form and tell us what you’ve built (a short project description is perfect).
